- A salary based on your work experience, but definitely between €2,723.59 and €3,770.87, excluding the evening allowance;
- You will be employed directly by the company;

You’ll be joining a growing family-run business in Helmond that processes fruit and vegetables into ingredients for the food industry. This takes place across five different production lines: juice, purée, concentrate, fibre and filling.
The company has an informal and supportive working atmosphere, where colleagues help one another and collaboration is key. Thanks to the variety of production lines, the work is varied and you’ll have plenty of opportunity to learn new techniques and processes.

You start your day by going through the production schedule and then flush the machines with water before starting production. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that the correct materials are ready and that the production lines are operational. Using the forklift, you ensure that all products are in the right place.
You set up machines, monitor the parameters and carry out quality tests. You record and document all your findings. If you notice a deviation or a fault, you look for a solution and make adjustments where necessary. You also carry out minor technical maintenance and contribute ideas for improvements. At the end of the day, you get to work cleaning the machine so that production can start again the following day.
You’ll work with various machines and production lines, which keeps your work nicely varied. Step by step, as a trainee all-round process operator, you’ll get to know all the processes and, within 6 to 12 months, you’ll progress to become a fully-fledged All-round Process Operator.
Specifically, you’ll spend 25 % of your time on cleaning, 25 % on quality and parameter checks and 50 % operating the machines.
- A completed MBO 4 qualification, preferably in a technical field (Process Operator, VAPRO, MAS or MTS) or demonstrable experience in the field;
- Experience as an operator in the food industry;
- Technical understanding and an interest in improving production processes;
- An independent, meticulous and eager-to-learn approach to work;
- A good command of Dutch and/or English;
- A forklift licence or a willingness to obtain one;
- Willingness to work shifts, excluding night shifts.
